In 1996 he graduated from the St. Petersburg State Technical University with a degree in heat and power engineering.
Alexander Elinson has been with the Company since 1996. Previously held the posts of Executive Officer, Commercial Director. He headed the direction of development of innovative technologies and international cooperation, which is strategically important for the company. He stood at the origins of the export direction of the company. Today Alexander Elinson is the CEO of NIPK Electron Co.
With the direct participation and initiative of Alexander Elinson, a fundamentally new type of cooperation between the leaders of the Russian and foreign markets was developed - a full cycle innovative partnership. The first joint product was a system for computed tomography created for the needs of Russian healthcare, followed by a nuclear imaging system (SPECT) - equipment in the field of nuclear medicine.
Throughout his professional career, he has been actively involved in the promotion and development of medical technologies in the field of radiology, innovations in the healthcare sector, new solutions in the field of medical equipment and IT.
Alexander Elinson takes an active part in the work of the business community, acts as an expert on the development of the domestic and global medical industry, is a member of the coordination council, chairman of the committee on medical technology of the All-Russian public organization "Business Russia", a member of the Expert Council on health care of the Committee on social policy of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, a member of the Expert Council for the development of competition in the field of circulation of medical devices, a member of the public council at the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, a member of the Expert Council for the Development of Competition in the field of circulation of medical devices under the FAS of the Russian Federation, a member of the working group on the implementation of the "regulatory guillotine" mechanism in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical devices under the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
Alexander Elinson has a number of awards: medal "In Commemoration of the 300th Anniversary of St. Petersburg", Certificate of Honor of the Committee for Industrial Policy and Innovation of St. Petersburg; gratitude from the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Governor of St. Petersburg and others. In 2015, he was awarded the gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin “for active social activities”.
Alexander Elinson is married, has 3 daughters.
