The city polyclinic No. 10 of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation in Izhevsk was equipped with a new ultrasound device "Electron". The Russian-made device was purchased as part of the program "Modernization of primary health care."

The high-end device was delivered to the clinic in December 2024, immediately installed and put into operation. The range of equipment is wide: it can be used to examine the cardiovascular system, abdominal organs, thyroid gland, as well as to conduct obstetric and gynecological examinations.

According to Olga Kudrina, head of the polyclinic, the new device ensures high diagnostic accuracy.

"The equipment is wonderful, we have all the sensors we need, a vascular package. Ultrasound doctors note that it is good to look at the thyroid gland, blood vessels, and urinary system on the device. The picture is clear and vivid. The ergonomics are excellent, everything is informative, the keys are conveniently located, which speeds up the procedure. 50 thousand people are attached to our clinic, we work in 2 shifts, the device copes without complaints."

Polyclinic No. 10 is implementing a project to improve the accessibility and quality of diagnostics using lean technologies. The acquisition of a new generation ultrasound device allows for faster diagnosis, shorter waiting times for patients in the queue, and early detection of diseases.
