In the Stavropol Territory, the renovation of the material and technical base of medical institutions is in full swing. So, two ultrasound devices of basic and high classes began to work in the State Medical Institution of the Kochubeyevskaya District Hospital. Modern ultrasound systems were purchased under the primary health care modernization program.
The new ultrasound devices have a wide range of functions and specialized programs for accurate diagnosis. They can be used to examine almost all vital organs: lymph nodes, veins and arteries, thyroid and mammary glands, abdominal organs, soft tissues, urinary system. High image quality will allow specialists to recognize diseases at the earliest stages.
"From the first days of operation, ultrasonic devices have proven themselves from the best side. I liked the basic settings of cardiac presets, as well as the ability to optimize them for different groups of patients – for example, overweight. It is very convenient that many parameters are calculated automatically when data is entered into the device, so you can quickly make the necessary measurements. I think our patients have already been able to feel the accuracy and speed of obtaining results," said Medine Baisova, head of the Department of Functional Diagnostics at the Kochubeyevskaya Regional Hospital.
According to the press service of the government of the Stavropol Territory, since the beginning of 2024, more than 740 units of equipment have been delivered to medical institutions in Stavropol as part of the regional program for the modernization of primary health care.
